Mzansi's young golfing guru Simthandile “Sim Tiger” Tshabalala scooped another international prize recently.
The golfing prodigy took part in the Australian Open and finished in second place.
Sim has been on an upward trajectory and Briefly.co.za reported in December that he was crowned the Tour Championship Champion.
Briefly.co.za also reported that Sim ended the year in spectacular fashion as he won the Minister's Excellence Award for 2019.
It seems that Sim has started 2020 like a house on fire with his recent exploits in the land Down Under.
The youngster took to Twitter to share the news and his post went viral.
LESIBA BETHUEL (@LMoekeletji) said,
"Well done Young Man and Compliments to the New Year.... Keep raising that flag very high, Congratulations Champ."
Q (@thoolaq) added,
"Well done young man! You will grow up breathing, walking and talking golf."
Jimmy “the tiger” (@masiya7575) asked an important question:
"Congratulations SimTiger! What grade are you at school and are you able to balance your sport and schooling? This is absolutely fantastic for your age."
Shane Maja (@MajaShane) was beaming with pride:
"You represent us so well. I hope one day, someone will make a documentary about you. Keep it up Sim."
