The PSL announced on Monday that the Kaizer Chiefs are the second quarter winners for the 2019/20 Absa Premiership.

The Kaizer Chiefs are back-to-back winners of the Q-innovation. On Monday, the PSL announced the Amakhosi side won the #AbsaPrem Q2 with 16 points.
The win secured the Chiefs a whopping R1.5 million and a lot of bragging rights. The PSL added that the last time the Chiefs won consecutive Q-innovations was in the 2014/15 season.

Social media users congratulated the Chiefs on the achievement and their fans believed it was well deserved.

In other soccer-related news, Briefly.co.za reported on Monday that Kaizer Chiefs coach Ernst Middendorp shared his frustration with their 1-1 draw with Black Leopards.
Middendorp felt his players were too relaxed and that it was a case of two points dropped.
