Twitter user Funzi_Funzi took to the social media user platform to share the video with the caption:

"My body is so sore but it's worth it."

Her post went viral on social media with 47 000 views. Mzansi social media users encouraged her and shared kind messages. Even celebrities like Kuli Roberts commented on the post, saying:

"Don't be too hard on yourself pops."
