Entertainer, singer and actress, Unathi Nkayi, has a fantastic summer body that ladies half her age are jealous of.

She's 41, for those who didn't realise - the lady enjoyed her birthday a few months ago, Briefly.co.za reported.

Although some celebs would love to have fans think that they naturally look perfect, Unathi is fond of sharing her exercise routines with her social media followers.

Recently, she also shared some tips on how the get a beautiful summer-ready body, according to W24.

"Cut sugar out of your diet because it’s not only fattening but it also ages you. As soon I stopped consuming sugar, people were like ‘You look so young'."

Dairy and wheat aren't always your friends

"Dairy as well, cut that out, as well as wheat."
