American TV host, Wendy Williams, has dismissed claims that she farted during a recent episode of her show.
The video clip went viral fans of her daytime show were amused and convinced that she actually released gasses on air.
Dedicating five minutes of her chat show, the TV beauty created a short segment dubbed Fart Gate where she defended herself saying she has ner broken wind while on air.
"I do not lean over like this to release a fart, I lean over like this because it is comfortable. If I sit straight all the time, it is heavy on my spine. I like to release my hips and lean," she said.

According to Wendy, she has never farted during the show adding that she does not fart saying she releases her gases in a different way.
"I have never farted on this show. As a matter of fact, I barely fart. You know why? Gases get released in several different ways and mine is belching because all I do is talk," she added.
The media personality insisted she would own up to her mistake if she had indeed let a fart out because farts are funny.
She also said that the sound of a fart would have left her needing to change clothes.
"My costume would be soiled and I would have left a mark on my seat," she said.
She further said that someone must have superimposed a fart sound on the video but was later saved by a crew member.
According to the man, they were trying out a Chemistry experiment at the backstage of the show for later use and they were filling up a fish tank backstage and didn’t have the proper hose.
Although she struggles so much to explain, the majority of his fans did not buy the idea and continued with the farting version.
