Highlands Park players are some of the fittest in the PSL and it is all thanks to one extraordinary woman.

Simone Conley has been working along side Owen Da Gama and his technical team to get Highlands Park players ready for the PSL season and her hard work has paid off.
Conley is a Biokineticist who specialises in Orthopaedic and sport rehabilitation, football physical training and she is a Nike trainer.
She joined the Highlands and has been working hard to get the players in shape, Briefly.co.za reported.

The Daily Sun reported Conley started her career with the Safa development schools before moving on to the Nedbank Ke Yona Team search.
Before landing a job at Highlands in 2017/18 season, Conley worked with the junior South African national teams and Bafana Bafana.
The publication added Conley dubbed her job "amazing" and she said she was blessed to work with the Highlands team.
Conley boasts with three degrees and she studied football in her honours degree. She often shows off her job on social media, posting photos with the players.
In one of the photos, Conley wrote:
"Explosive resistance football drills. Just showing my boys how it’s done."
