According to Goliath, the pair wields inordinate power at their court and influence what cases the judges that are assigned.
She added that she was sidelined by the President Judge after a private domestic incident.

In the statement, Salie-Hlophe says the claims by Goliath is just gossip that is aimed at ridiculing her and part of an 'agenda of destruction.
She also said the complaint is just a bitter spew to oust her husband from his position and that Goliath wants his post.
Furthermore, Salie-Hlophe said Goliath is obsessed with her marriage.
"I am keenly aware that Goliath has an unhealthy obsession with my marriage.
"She serves under this obsessed belief that I am married to my husband for reasons other than those goals shared by spouses within the institution of a sacred marital union."
