According to TimesLIVE, the Grade 9 pupil, Laticia Princes Jansen, was stabbed, raped and burnt to death.
The incident happened near Elsburg in the East Rand, Briefly.co.za gathered. Laticia's body was found in a bush.
Lesufi is also concerned about the situation that may have led to the young girl's death - transportation.
It is believed the girl's transport had the habit to leave sooner than scheduled, and she was forced to walk to school.
This is a concern for Lesufi.
"We will investigate the circumstances surrounding this allegation. We have visited the family to convey our sincere condolences."
As could be learnt from reports, Laticia's grandmother started searching the neighbourhood for her when she didn't return from school.
The following morning, she reported her missing but did not have a photo of her at hand.
The grandmother went to the school and it was confirmed that she had not shown up for school the previous day.
On Friday, 24 January, with the help of the community, the young girl's body was found.
