Kaizer Chiefs boast a massive lead in the Absa Premiership and coach Ernst Middendorp is enjoying the talent at his disposal.

Briefly.co.za also reported on the return to fitness of Khama Billiat and that Middendorp doesn't foresee any incoming transfer during this window.

It is perhaps for this reason that the Amakhosi have decided to part ways with Sizwe Twala.

After spending time with the reserves, Twala was promoted to the first team at the start of the season.

Unfortunately, he hasn't acquired the necessary game time and he'll now depart for GladAfrica Championship (NFD) team Swallows FC.

Chiefs shared the announcement via Twitter on Tuesday, but fans voiced their disapproval.

#EP Loading (@djstikzo) made peace with the decision:

"Exceptional young talent & I wish him well. #Amakhosi4Life."

Kabelo Mokonyema (@pRofdakbee) was visibly upset:

"Instead of Promoting the young Lads, Chiefs 4ever prefer having the so called"experience old crooks & we wonder y our players are mostly based in the country not getting much abroad opportunities. can we emulate Europeans in producing & introducing youngsters now not at 25."

Ngwako Kaizer wa leburu (@kaizerkhunwane1) added,

"This is the part I always struggle with @KaizerChiefs. We release young players always, run to the market to buy older players. We need @FaroukKhan9 in our technical department."
