So many people have voiced their opinion after businessman Patrice Motsepe commented that Africa loves Trump. Penny Lebyane, TV personality has come forward stating that South Africans did not do right by making Patrice apologise.

The mining businessman came out on Tuesday apologising for telling Trump that the continent loves him. Motsepe expressed that his comment was intended to create a dialogue between the administration of Trump and that of Africa’s political and business leaders.
Briefly.co.za learnt that Penny was not on her own with this one as there were many South Africans that shared her sentiments. They too felt that is was not necessary for Motsepe to apologise.

Penny found the lighter side on the topic, joking that now there is the possibility the country would no longer enjoy their favourite celebrities been flown in with the response Motsepe received from Mzansi. And to make matters worse, he made the apology on his birthday!
She also wrote, accompanied by laughing emojis, that there will be no Barcelona or Beyoncé for everyone because they don’t deserve nice things.
