Black superheroes were not always a thing, but now they are and that is something to be celebrated.
Briefly.co.za learnt that Ayanda believes black parents should encourage their kids to watch Black Panther over Batman so they could see black people are powerful too.

Children are so impressionable and what they watch, see and hear when they are young moulds what they believe for the rest of their lives.
Taking to social media, Ayanda reminded black parents that there are tons of black superheroes and pioneers for their kids to look up too that will empower them and encourage greatness.
Black children need to know that their skin colour is not a disadvantage.
