Arya Permana, 13-year-old former world’s most overweight, has shared an amazing transformation picture of his successful weight loss journey.

The teenager who made news in 2016 when he weighed a whopping 190kg has now shed 108kg out of it, Sun UK reports.

With the help of an Indonesian bodybuilder, Ade Rai and another team of health experts, he was able to lose two-thirds of his body size.

Many have hailed his success as a very inspiring one as he posted his before-and-after pictures on his Instagram page that has 350,000 followers.

In one of his posts on the platform, he could be seen performing some regimens with his personal trainer as he squats and lift weights.

For a boy who had rolls of flesh all over his body and was always looking so tired, this is a very huge success indeed.

It should be noted that his training is professionally monitored and assisted by a healthy diet and medical treatment.

Arya’s dad said that his son was able to lose all the weight through a three-step routine of bariatric surgery, diet, and regular exercise.

Later in the year, the boy will be going through surgery to remove the excess skins he has on his body.
