Meet Gail Maluga: The inspirational Women of Stature awards nominee

Gail Maluga is a talented young lady who is making waves in South Africa.

The remarkable 27-year-old was born and raised in the Vaal, but currently resides in Johannesburg.

After studying entrepreneurship at the Vaal University of Technology, Gail has initiated a number of organisations.

Despite her youthful age, Gail has already founded an NPO, named The Girl with a Purpose Foundation, and is the director and co-owner of CLF media and publications.

Briefly.co.za learnt that Gail has achieved numerous other amazing milestones as well.

The beautiful young woman is an author, motivational speaker and even made it to the semi-finals of the Mrs South Africa competition.

This potent combination of beauty and brains has served her well and also earned her a nomination for the Women of Stature awards.

Gail was named as a finalist in the Woman in Community category, with the ceremony taking place on March 8th, 2020.

The event will be hosted by the Woman of Stature Foundation and proceeds raised from the awards will go the foundation.

Responding to her nomination, Gail said:

"I am truly honoured to have been nominated and 2019 has been a humbling experience, not only for me but our entire team as this was a second nomination in one year. It is truly encouraging when you discover that your work is impacting and inspiring lives even if is one person at a time. I am truly grateful for the team that helps makes things happen."

The event has been taking place since 2013 and the objective is to empower women, irrespective of their background.
