Twitter reacts to the #coronavirus with humour as the virus spreads

When something makes people worried and afraid, humans react in one of two ways. We either get angry or we make jokes. The coronavirus is no different and it is proving tricky for internet users to spell.

Just like when South Africa faced an outbreak of listeriosis, Twitter reacted with humour. With the threat of WW3 becoming a reality, Twitter did the same, made jokes and memes.

With coronavirus, it is no different. Twitter users have voiced their concerns through jokes and some of them are just funny enough to make us forget about the deadly virus spreading across the globe.

With the virus being so often misspelt it has become a meme in itself.
