Mamelodi Sundowns have signed a very exciting forward, touted to possibly be the next Percy Tau.

The refreshing aspect about this deal is that it isn't a big money transfer, but a youngster that is being promoted from within the club's ranks.

Promise Mkhuma has been tearing up trees in the Multichoice Diski Challenge, scoring 10 goals this season.

Briefly.co.za gathered that the youngster has excelled at under-20 level for Bafana Bafana as well.

The club announced that Mkhuma has officially been promoted to the first team and signed a five-year deal.

Aside from his goal-scoring prowess, Mkhuna is currently busy with his second year of studies n the field of Officiating & Sport Science at the Tshwane University of Technology.

Sundowns fans reacted to the news with delight after club management shared it via Twitter.
