AKA's fans know that he's a very confident guy and that he knows his worth, but that doesn't mean he's blind to the greatness of others.

The rapper is time and again giving credit to others where it's due, and he recently gave huge kudos to K.O.

According to AKA, K.O is a hero and one of the biggest artists in SA's hip-hop scene.

AKA and K.O have collaborated in the past and one of their best tracks together is Run Jozi.

However, AKA feels that K.O outdid him on the track.

"He totally rinsed me, man, Yeaah… you win some and lose some. I had already wrote them (verses), l couldn’t rewrite."

He then went on to say that K.O's album Skhanda Republic is the best hip-hop album of all time.

"For me, he’s on the Mount Rushmore of South African Hip Hop. He’s a hero… I feel blessed to have worked with him and I’ve worked with the best of the best.
"In my opinion, Skhanda Republic is the best South African Hip Hop album of all time. I think Skhanda Republic is the best SA album ever made."

Earlier, Briefly.co.za reported that AKA has a lot of respect for Nasty C as well - like, big-time.

On top of that, AKA called Burna Boy a 'champ' and stood up for him amid mockery over his loss at the Grammys despite the dramatic beef they had.
