African police officer pays bills for baby and donates crutches

With his ritual benevolent donations, Lance Corporal Simon Agbeko has become a persona of hope for people struggling with homelessness and deprivation.

While Lance Corporal Agbeko and his team are yet to provide a real house for any individual living on the streets, he has been reaching out to them in small but laudable ways.

The police officer, who works with the Accra Regional Police Command, has once again embarked on donating to accident victims and mothers at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital.

Lance Corporal Agbeko visited the Accident Center at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital to donate to the women.

In a series of endearing images splashed on social media, Lance Corporal Agbeko was captured personally donating crutches, money and other essential items to some women who had survived major accidents but were left with fractured legs and are currently unable to walk.

The junior police officer was videoed playing with a new-born baby after he visited the Children’s Department to pay the hospital bills for the baby of a struggling mother for doctors to attend to the infant.

In 2019, Lance Corporal Agbeko dominated online for making similar donations to the disabled, fixing broken street lights and filling in some potholes in Accra for temporary usage.

Simon Agbeko first became inspired to patch up some of the road hazards at the Achimota overhead and the Abeka junction after he drove over the particularly potholes.

The police officer's recent kind gesture to accident survivors at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital has been captured in photos.
