The Ndlovu Youth Choir’s honoured to be performing at Federer's match

Mzansi’s Ndlovu Youth Choir was invited to perform at Roger Federer's prestigious Match in Africa tennis match.

The big match is set to take place on Friday, 7 February at 8:30pm at Cape Town Stadium, and the whole world will be watching.

Briefly.co.za learnt that The Ndlovu Youth Choir was contacted directly by former Davis Cup captain John-Laffnie de Jager to perform at the event.

The sold-out match is being held in support of children's education in Africa. Aside from the main match, there is also a star-studded doubles match where Bill Gates will team up with Roger Federer and our very own Trevor Noah with Rafael Nadal.

The Ndlovu Youth Choir’s conductor and composer Ralf Schmitt told channel24 that he and the choir feel extremely honoured to be performing at the prestigious event alongside The Zip Zap Circus.

This event is sure to entertain with two of the biggest tennis stars in the globe and, of course, The Ndlovu Youth Choir.
