Briefly.co.za previously reported that tennis icon Roger Federer landed in Mzansi ahead of his eagerly anticipated clash with world number two Rafa Nadal.
The two legends will face each other in the Match in Africa event and it's all for a good cause.
Ahead of their match in Cape Town on Friday, Federer and Nadal spent some time together and later linked up with comedian Trevor Noah and billionaire Bill Gates.
Federer is arguably the greatest tennis player ever, but Nadal isn't far behind and the pair are fierce competitors on the court.
However, Briefly.co.za learnt that they share a fantastic friendship off of it, which culminated in the Match in Africa contest.
This is the sixth time that the event is taking place, but the first time being hosted on the African continent.
On Thursday, Nadal shared a beautiful photo of himself with Federer and shared it via his Instagram account.
The popularity of both men was clear for all to see as the post attracted nearly 1 million likes.
Federer followed suit via his Instagram account and thanked the other men for their contribution to the noble cause.
Springbok icon Schalk Burger must have been inspired by Noah's involvement in the charity match and challenged Federer to a quick friendly match.
The Fed obliged and Burger's wife, Michelle, shared a short video of the encounter via Instagram.
Michelle's caption read: "Who won that point?! Such a humble hero.”
