- Zonzibini Tunzi is coming home and South Africans are flooding into OR Tambo International Airport to welcome her
- Rasta appeared in the crowd, giving Miss Universe his infamous treatment
- As usual, social media was buzzing over it with some saying the art bordered on criminal
Miss Universe Zonzibini Tunzi will be back in Mzansi on Saturday and South Africans are making sure they are part of the moment.
Rasta appeared among the hordes of celebrating fans awaiting the return of the ever-graceful queen.
But it seems as if his latest tribute painting has earned more hate than amusement this time around.
Scores of people criticised the funeral painter, questioning why he was given the platform when far more talented artists lurk in the shadows.
Rasta intends to hand the controversial portrait over to Zonzi when she eventually lands according to NewzroomAfrika.
But nevertheless, Mzansi does miss Rasta when he does drop off of the scene for long periods of time.
Briefly.co.za reported that fans had wondered where he had run off to when former Zimbabwean president Robert Mugabe passed away.
Citizens had called on him to do his thing, proving that South Africa can appreciate Rasta's work for being authentically on brand.
Take a look at just a few of the responses to his latest below:
