Photo shows orange overalls dropped off outside Luthuli House

Someone dropped off a gift for the ANC outside the Luthuli house ahead of the State of the Nation Address (SONA) on Thursday night.

On Thursday, Twitter parody account Man's Not Barry Roux took to the social media platform to share a photo of a 'present' someone left for the ANC outside Luthuli House.

The image shows a pile of orange overalls dumped outside the ANC's headquarters.

He wrote:

"Someone dropped orange overalls outside Luthuli House."

Twitter user, @MankgeThe1st, commented:

"Territory of criminals, they should go drop at the offices of the DA too."

Social media user, @theechiliza, wrote:

"What a poor political stunt."

It's not the first time someone 'donated' prison uniforms to the ruling party. Last year, the Democratic Alliance (DA) and Solly Msimanga, former Tshwane mayor, marched to Luthuli House, adamant that ANC leadership belongs in 'prison, not Parliament'.

The group had left behind a pile of orange prison jumpsuits for ANC officials implicated in corruption to further drive home their point.
