Mamabolo won't apologize to Malema: Bring it on, let’s meet in court

Boy Mamabolo has opted out of issuing an apology and withdrawing his accusations against Julius Malema. The ANC MP has chosen instead to meet the EFF leader and his wife Mantwa in court.

Boy Mamabolo has responded to the two lawsuits against him, refusing to back down on his statements.

Briefly.co.za reported that both Julius and Mantwa Malema had threatened him with lawsuits after Mamabolo accused the EFF leader of being abusive.

Taking to social media, the ANC MP made his stance on the matter crystal clear:

"I will NOT retract/withdraw any statement made in Parly yesterday because there are facts and evidence to all these matters... Bring it on, let’s meet in court. N.B. We all took an undertaking to expose any form of GBV during Special Joint Sitting last year."

Mamabolo will now be facing two separate defamation charges, with R2 million plus costs hanging in the balance.
