Politically woke hip-hop head Blaklez touches on Mzansi and Steve Biko

Freedom or fame rapper, Blaklez is known for not being politically shy and speaks his mind on issues affecting the country.

The black-conscious hip-hop artist recently had a #AskBlaklez Q&A session on Twitter when one fan asked what he would ask Steve Biko.

Blaklez replied," I’d ask him what he thinks of the South Africa he died for?"

Blaklez is known for asking difficult questions, especially on the struggles of this country.

In 2018 he released his hit Who Killed Senzo? at a time when not even law enforcement had the answers.

In the hook of the track, Blaklez says, "We are alive cause we live through this pain bro, We are irresistible nobody could say no, They ain’t good enough we put them in the friend zone, The biggest question is who killed Senzo?"
