Pearl Thusi, the accomplished South African actress who is making waves internationally, has bagged yet another success.

Pearl feels honoured to have been selected and this win comes shortly before the debut of her show, Queen Sono.
She also gave a shout-out to the lovely ladies that were part of the issue - women who Pearl thinks are Mzansi's best rising stars: Kuhle Adams, Mamarumo Marokane, Ama Qamata and Shonisani Masutha.
“I’m so honoured to be in @cosmopolitansa’s first-ever Netflix issue ahead of the release of @queensononetflix on @netflixsa!
"For this issue, we shot with an incredible all-female, badass crew and four of SA’s finest up-and-coming screen queens in the local industry who I’ve handpicked as the next big things!"

Earlier, it was revealed that Pearl bagged an ambassadorship with the world-famous makeup brand MAC.
