Earlier, Briefly.co.za reported a stayed warrant of arrest has been issued for Economic Freedom Fighter leader Julius Malema. This comes after the politician failed to appear in court on Monday.
News of the warrant of arrest for Juju blew up on social media and South Africans - and Malema himself - reacted.
Journalist Aldrin Sampear shared the news on Twitter and Malema simply responded with a meme.

Malema also retweeted a video by SABC of the National Prosecution Authority (NPA) explaining conditions around the warrant of arrest issued for him.

South Africans also reacted to the arrest warrant and many were left with opposing views on the news.
Twitter user, @Mapiti31, commented:
"Tell that NPA Malema was not feeling well, the courier is on the way to hand his doctor's letter, unfortunately the traffic delayed it."
Another tweep, @PrincoStoffer, added:
"Playing with Malema is playing with fire and the whole EFF nation isn't scared of the whole judiciary and security forces as a whole, imagine bringing in fees must fall activists, the whole nation will not be governable."
