TV presenter and personality Ayanda Thabethe says she wants to be the best speaker and host of our time and she is constantly working hard to improve on her work.

The former Top Billing presenter was recently on the set of Woolworth's Catch the Feels when she posted a video about the journey she wants her career to take.

"I want to be known as someone who could connect with people and move them to feel like the best version of themselves in my company, completely comfortable in who they are.

"I want to inspire people to always push their own boundaries as I have had to do countless times in this space" she wrote.

Ayanda's journey hasn't been an easy one but the presenter has pressed on, when Top Billing came to an end she didn't have another job lined up.

She told DRUM that the end of Top Billing came as a surprise to her. "We had gone on a short break when the news was announced," she said.

Ayanda says that Top Billing was a great opportunity for her. "A lot of my endorsements and hosting work came because of that platform," she added.

But soon after that chapter closed a new one started with a presenting gig alongside Anele Mdoda and Jason Goliath on Celebrity Game Night.

After some failed businesses and relationships, Ayanda believes every experience is a lesson. "I take it as it comes. We don't plan to fail in life, but when things do not work out, we let them go," she told DRUM.
