She is looking forward to bringing the event to South Africans from the Ticketpro Dome on 14 March. It will be broadcast live on the day and is expected to be a star-studded event.
Minnie is very excited and she plans to bring new flavour and a new twist to the awards.
"I couldn't be more excited to celebrate the South African entertainment industry as a whole. These are the only awards that celebrate excellence in entertainment, sport and ordinary South Africans doing extraordinary things.
"This year the awards are going to be very different and I love different. We are going to be at the Dome, so it's going to be bigger and the format is very exciting."
