Zanele Mbokazi's car overturned as she was on her back from Swaziland last week.
The media personality was passing Richard's Bay when she hit a guardrail.
She was driving a seven seater Nissan Elgrand.
Zanele posted about the near-death experience on her Instagram page.
She posted an image of the overturned vehicle with the caption, "#LetMeTestify yesterday (morning) I was driving back from the #BackToTheCross crusade preparations Eswatini."
"I had a nasty accident around Richards Bay. I lost control, hit the guardrail then a tree."
She continued, "But God! I am alive. Thank you to my friend, Muzi Ngema, for rushing to the scene."
"I could smell death but Mercy said no. I am grateful to be alive. Thank you for all the prayers and messages."
Zanele's followers inundated her with messages of support.
Nhlanhla Nciza wrote, "Oh how I love our merciful God, we thank Him for your life sis."
