Most fans are used to seeing their favourite celebrities from a far or just on social media, but some of Mzansi celebrities have been kind enough over the years to allow cameras behind their closed doors for fans to have a closer look into their day-to-day lives.
Here are some of celebrities who are no stranger to having some of their private moments shared with the world.
The star had a reality show on Mzansi Magic, Living The Dream, which gave viewers a front-row view into his personal life. Most recently the star got married and allowed fans to feel a part of his wedding.
Somizi & Mohale: The union is a four part series that airs on Showmax.
Briefly.co.za learned that Somizi's daughter, Bahumi shared an emotional speech about her dad on the first airing of the show.
Queen B's reality show Being Bonang had three successful seasons. The TV personality allowed her fans to see her luxurious homes and cars, travel with her as well as meet her lovely cousin, Pinky Girl.

From YouTube to the TV screen, Lasizwe really levelled up on the reality scene. He has a show on MTV called Lasizwe: Fake It till You Make It.
TV personality and rapper, Boity Thulo, has a new reality show on BET Africa, Boity: Own Your Throne. She has received love from viewers and praises for her show.

TV presenter Dineo Ranaka and her family's programme, The Ranakas, let Mzansi into their home as the family goes through many relationship dynamics and love-hate relationships.
Social media influencer, Faith Nketsi took her life and followers from Instagram to the homes of Mzansi viewers. Faith's reality show, Have Faith aired on MTV.
And finally local politician and musician Papa Penny had South Africans in stitches with his own take on the English language and blinged outfits. Papa Penny revealed his 17 children and also took viewers on a journey of searching for some of his offspring.
