Lady Zamar is known (and admired) for her graceful and mild-mannered online persona. She always tries to be kind and gentle.
When she got dragged into a rant by a fellow musician, she did not get mad or upset by it. DJ Maphorisa went on about musicians who don't own their masters, and she was mentioned.
Instead of letting him get under her skin, Zamar thought it would be a good idea to challenge Maphorisa to do something positive about the matter.

"Host a seminar/talk/brunch lunch or even a gathering to talk about the importance of owning masters in the music industry.
"You dragged KayBee and me into your own ego-fest and I think it’s wrong... trending is fun for clout and stuff but you brought up a serious thing."
The way Zamar reacted really is admirable. Briefly.co.za reported earlier that while bragging about owning the masters of his music, Maphorisa also dissed a number of artists who don't.
His fans know that Maphorisa loves to boast about all his many accomplishments, but it went left when he bashed other artists as part of his boasting.
It all started when Maphorisa tweeted that he owns all of his master tracks.
He wrote, "DJ Maphorisa, I own my masters. Lady Zamar, Prince Kaybee, Mafikizolo don't own their masters."
