On Thursday, Bantu Holomisa took to Twitter to share a photo of himself with statues of Nelson Mandela and his former wife, Winnie Madikizela Mandela.
He captioned the post:
"Bumped into these international celebrities at Nelson Mandela Square at Sandton."

The photo then started circulating online with another tweep, @Moses_Buju_M, also sharing a snap of the statues.
He captioned the post:
"We always make noise about Rasta and his paintings, but when someone erected this wonderful statue of Mama Winnie and Nelson Mandela in Sandton.... #WeKeptQuietAsACountry."
His post sparked a reaction online and even got a comment from Rasta himself.
Others also commented on both @Moses_Buju_M and Holomisa's posts and many felt the artist nailed the statue of Mama Winnie.
Professor J Mahlangu, who goes by the Twitter handle @maths00001, commented:
"Eh mama looks alive and well, very beautiful."
Another tweep, @LangaSboh, added:
"Wow! This is absolutely beautiful."
