Somizi and Mohale had a white wedding that will be remembered for centuries but fans are only now seeing what really happened.

It was an exclusive affair where not even the guests were really allowed to record much of what went down.

Thanks to Somizi & Mohale: The Union, we now get peeks of the fabulous day and how it was planned.

As they prepared everything, Somizi and Mohale had to choose wedding rings and chose to snap up a diamond of R2.9 million.

This choice is reflective of the glitz and glamour that is the couple and was their wedding.

A stone of R2.9 million - what a wow.

Somizi explained that he loves yellow diamonds and tanzanite while Mohale was more impressed with rose gold.

Briefly.co.za gathered that in the show, peeps also got to see the planning that went into their wedding outfits.

They decided to use Gert-Johan Coetzee and to go for their fittings alone. Their outfits had to be a surprise for each other.

"We wanted to see each other's outfits on the wedding day."

On top of that, Somhale also expressed their hopes to have President Ramaphosa on their big day.

In a video shared on social media, the president can be heard accepting the invitation.
