Sjava has come forward and issued an official statement addressing claims made by Lady Zamar, accusing him of rape.
Lady Zamar has accused her ex-bae, Sjava, of a very serious crime. A rape case has been opened and action is being taken.
Briefly.co.za learnt that Sjava responded to the claims with an in-depth and lengthy PR statement which was posted on social media for the world to see.

The public have been waiting for Sjava to address the matter, and address it he did. The rapper refuses to let anyone believe the rape claims Lady Zamar has made, as he swears they are not true.
Sjava has not once caved and is standing by what he said – he did not rape Lady Zamar.
In the in-depth and lengthy PR statement, Sjava revealed everything pertaining to the claims, including the legal action he has taken against Lady Zamar.
Sjava makes it very clear that he will not let Lady Zamar taint his name any further and he made sure of this by issuing her and her legal posse a summons for a defamation of character case – unfortunately the summons was unable to be served due to apparent incorrect addresses given by Lady Zamar’s legal team.
“There are a number of reasons I have not spoken about this matter in public and chose to follow the legal process. Kodwa it has now become impossible to to remain quiet. At the same time, I am only going to share information that is necessary to share due to the latest news report. it is not my intention that I stand trial by social media. Okokuqala angimdlwengulanga uLady Zamar. I did not rape her.” Sjava stated openly and sternly.
