Zakwe thought the time was right to refresh memories as far the awards he has collected over the years.

The Roots rapper did not hold back showing off his accomplishments on Twitter. His super lit and very impressive collection included a SAMA, VOYY, SATMA ,SAHHA and a plaque.

Briefly.co.za knows that it is generally this is the norm for rappers to show off a little. Their wealth is often flaunted through their music or social media, however, it is totally out of the ordinary for Zakwe.

It’s very well known that the mainstream is where a lot of the money lies. This rapper from Kwa Mashu has other ideas. He makes music that deeply echoes with reality as he sees it and the music comes from his soul.

Zakwe did state that he did not show all of his awards as there a some that are still with his former record company. He is optimistic that his future holds many more awards with his name on them.

Fans were hella impressed and told Zakwe that he should be proud of his lit collection. Those levels are remarkable.

In other Zakwe news, he was not happy about being left off Slikour's 2019 best rappers' list. He took to his social media account to vent his frustration.

The 31-year-old did not bite his tongue when he questioned why he wasn't included in the list.

Zakwe listed all his achievements including a Metro FM award, multiple SAMA nominations, a SATMA and two SAHHAs.
