Actress and Ayanda Borotho has finally answered her fans' prayers.

The author and motivational speaker is holding a glitzy dinner event aimed at empowering the ladies.

She posted about the upcoming gathering, which promises to be an emotional yet freeing experience, on her Instagram page.

The dinner will take place on 8 May at the Stones wedding and conference venue in Midrand, Johannesburg.

She wrote, "What I know with certainty is that this day will be a sacred space of healing and restoration that is everything."

Although Ayanda is extremely traditional, she has come out strongly against the practise of polygamy, saying it is disadvantageous to and disrespectful of women.

Ayanda has proven that she knows a lot about culture through her multiple teachings on entrenched cultural practises, such as lobola.

An evening with her is bound to be fun, educational and empowering.
