Based on the man's attire, it seems the arrest was eventually made at a later stage.

Briefly.co.za observed some of the reactions via social media.

Aubrey (@Aubrey24082500) said,

"I was qiute angry when i watch that video these bully taxi drivers they think own the road he must rot in jail."

Malume Nkalakata (@MNkalakata) added,

"I knew he will be arrested. The question is, will he be convicted? Our systems hates law abiding citizens. We don't need these kind of people on our streets. I doubt he is a 1st time offender."

Briefly.co.za previously reported on a case of road rage that also involved a taxi driver.

On that occasion, the taxi driver allegedly hurled a brick at another motorist, but he was subsequently arrested as well.
