- Prince Kaybee performed at the Kirstenbosch Summer Sunset Concerts in Cape Town and was not pleased
- He wasn't impressed with the poor quality of the sound that he had to work with
- The muso said he did his best despite not fully enjoying his performance
The Kirstenbosch Summer Sunset Concerts took place in Cape Town and Prince Kaybee was part of the line-up.
However, he did not truly enjoy the gig because of the sound quality offered by promoters.
Prince Kaybee went on a mini-rant on social media about the lack of passion from these promoters.
"We need more promoters who are passionate about Sound both on stage and the PA at festivals for DJs.
"I don’t wanna lie, I did not fully enjoy my performance at Kirstenbosch yesterday but for the sake of the thousands of people that came, the boy had to come out a boss."
It looks like his fans still enjoyed his set, Briefly.co.za gathered.
One social media user, @lenyora_ZA, said:
"We had loads of fun and you never disappointed us. Big ups bro!"
Another peep, @makgwetlepa, agreed:
"You always make a way to make your fans happy."
In other Prince Kaybee news, the muso scored himself some brownie points with DJ Zinhle and her fans recently.
Someone had thought it would be funny to point out a tiny flaw on her body, and he swooped in like an online knight in shining armour on a white horse.
Defending her against the body-shaming, Prince Kaybee said:
“If Zinhle sees this I pray it flies over her head and she keeps slaying comfortably in her own skin.”
