DJ Black Coffee turns 44 today and despite his marriage drama, he has undoubtedly made South Africa proud more times than we can count.

Nkosinathi Maphumulo, aka DJ Black Coffee, has made an international name for himself and put Mzansi on the map whilst doing so.

Briefly.co.za can only imagine how different this birthday is for Black Coffee, being it his first as a single man in a very long time.

Taking to social media in celebration of his birthday, Black Coffee posted a picture of himself in a tuxedo and captioned it simply with “44.❤️”.

Many celebs, both local and international, took to the comment section to wish Black Coffee happy birthday – even Cathy Guetta, one of the many women Black Coffee allegedly got a tad too comfortable with while he was married.

In other news, Enhle Mbali (DJ Black Coffee's ex) opened up about how her mother's support helped her through a very difficult time last year.

The actress thinks her mother, Bongi Mlotshwa, is amazing and a great cheerleader with a pure heart, according to DRUM magazine.

Enhle told of how she would finish late at work and call up her mom for help with different things, and she would receive her support.
