- 3 friends called Marie Johnson, Mary Hunter and Clemmie Felder have celebrated their birthdays together with each one in their 100s
- Marie Johnson turns 101, Mary Hunter is 102 and Clemmie Felder tops both with 103 years
- According to the three long-time friends, their long life is simply a gift from God
Three life-long friends named Marie Johnson, Mary Hunter and Clemmie Felder who have turned 101, 102 and 103 respectively have celebrated their birthdays together at an Advanced Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.
In a video sighted by Briefly.co.za, the three friends who are reported to have been close friends for several years were seated together happily as a table was set before them.
It is indicated that all three of them were asked what the secret to their admirable long life is and they implied that it was God who gave them the gift of long life. “There’s no secret what God can do," they said.

It is such a remarkable event to have three people who have been close friends since back in the day, all living beyond the age of 100.
One would wonder how they were able to attain the breathtaking ages together by virtue of where they lived or the kind of food they have been eating.
Even though these might be true to an extent, it does not downplay the remarkable nature of the story of the three close friends as there are other ways any of them could have passed.
Perhaps, as they themselves asserted, it is only an act of God.
