Without much fanfare or drama, Saudi has announced that his relationship with Ambitiouz Entertainment is over.

The rapper is now making music under his own label - O.V.L.O.E. He shared the news on social media.

Saudi is the latest in a long list of artists who have decided to walk away from Ambitiouz Entertainment, which now has a rather dark reputation.

It is believed the record label does not treat artists properly and mismanages their talents.

There were rumours that Saudi may be leaving Ambitiouz and now it has been confirmed - much to the joy of fans.

They were happy to find out that their fave is now doing things on his own and wholeheartedly support him.

Briefly.co.za reported earlier that another big name, Sjava, may be leaving the record label as well.

The label's unpopularity has grown a lot and no one would really be surprised if the muso left.

In fact, he has re-released his EP Umphako under a new label, Next Level Entertainment. His current record label, Ambitiouz Entertainment, has however been firmly behind him as he faces a lot of drama with his ex, Lady Zamar.

Here's what Saudi's fans had to say:

@pH_rawX

@Nthabel31326273
