Sbahle Mpisane has not had an easy road to recovery but she has grown in ways she never knew possible and motivated others whilst doing so.
Mzansi's favourite fitness enthusiast has shown what you can overcome with a positive mind and a good attitude.
Briefly.co.za learnt that Sbahle recently reached a heartwarming milestone in her recovery journey that she chose to share with her mother.
Sbahle was bound to a wheelchair as a result of the accident but has been working hard to defy all odds, and that is exactly what she has done.
Working with her trainer and a team of medical professionals, Sbahle has managed to walk again.
Reaching this panicle point, Sbahle felt that she needed to share it with her mother. So, she rocked up at her mom’s work and showed her.

The moment was captured on camera and is truly moving. Sbahle has come a long way and never once did she let her situation get the better of her.
Sbahle could not be more grateful for each and every person who has helped her get to where she is today and showed her endless love and support throughout this process.
