Thembi Seete is looking better than ever and is not afraid to show it off.
The musician and actress features on this month's Women's Health cover.
She looks amazing in her all-white outfit and matching trainers.
Thembi is an inspiration to all women over 40 as she's really living her best life after the milestone age.
She's had a baby and revived her on-screen career - and looks like an absolute dream while doing it.
Of the cover, Thembi wrote, "I had the best time with (guys) shooting this cover. The best crazy team. I love you all. Thank you."
Thembi isn't the only 40-years-plus star inspiring Mzansi women.
Unathi Nkayi is also in the best shape of her life and hasn't been afraid to flaunt it.
When she turned 40 in 2018, Unathi shared some of her fitness and weight loss secrets with Women's Health.
Unathi said she listens to her body and occasionally feeds its cravings, but is careful not to go overboard.
She said, "I take care of my body. And we talk. If she wants a sandwich with cheese and bacon, that’s what we do."
“Don’t like, three days later, still be giving in to the craving.” Her exercises of choice, at the time, were regular boxing classes and running up stairs.
