An advocate of the High Court enjoyed a viral moment via social media after sharing a throwback photo.

Arthur Maisela (@ArthurMaisela) took to Twitter and shared a pic of his university days.

The snap included two of his friends and he added the following caption:

"1994. First year at the University of Pretoria. Damn, I was too skinny then."

Maisela's photo struck a chord with social media users and gathered that many enjoyed the lighthearted nature of the post.

Many tweeps couldn't believe Maisela's age, as most of them were born around the time that he attended university.

Iamladyn (@MissNthabiK) said,

"Yoh I was in sub A that year."

Ukhanki (@TboozeSA) felt the photo had a record label vibe to it:
