DJ Black Coffee has spent several years touring the world.

He's sold out the biggest dance venues in the world, from jamming in Las Vegas to securing a residency in Ibiza.

However, Black Coffee has revealed that he has always lived by the code of doing what he loves and only playing music he loves.

“That's how I get to really enjoy what I am doing and have fun. I only play music that I love and I do the same with making music.”

The star continued, “I do not at all make music for the club. I love it when I see people posting videos of people driving to my music, cleaning their houses, doing random things just outside the club space.

“I feel that people connect more in that state, where they are more comfortable with family and friends.”

Although Black Coffee is going through a very public divorce, he has made sure to let people's negative comments get him down.

The star recently threw a gala luncheon where the who's who of the Mzansi entertainment industry gathered to celebrate his birthday.

Black Coffee turned 44 in style and he certainly isn't slowing down any time soon.
