Couple pulls funny prank on garbage collectors during 21-day lockdown

The 21-day lockdown is forcing South Africans to get creative in a bid to keep themselves entertained.

A video shared by Twitter user African (@ali_naka) revealed how a couple had some lighthearted fun in their street when their garbage was being collected.

The hilarious footage revealed the massive surprise waiting for one of the municipal workers, as he collected the refuse bags.

While bending to collect one of the bags, he discovered a woman sitting inside.

His stunned reaction was priceless and his colleague couldn't contain his laughter.

The video started trending since being shared on Tuesday and Briefly.co.za gauged some of the responses.

Hlabirwa (@Hlabirw92180187) revealed his surprise as well:

"My phone almost fell down haaahaa."

Gulaz (@lupasha77) said,

"Really naughty..whats her name ..just wanna give a Bells!"

Bhekifa Mthembu (@Bhekifamthembu9) added,

"I really got scared too."

Mbalicious (@ArriveSA) took exception to the prank:

"What is she doing on the streets...SA Police Service must deal harshly with her as well....she broke the law."
