DJ Black Coffee raises whopping R76k for SA Covid-19 Solidarity Fund

South Africa has amazing people. Take Black Coffee as an example, who has raised an astounding amount of R76 000 towards South Africa’s fight against Covid-19.

Black Coffee’s live streaming concert, Home Brewed 001, which was free, did not only give entertainment to many people, it was an opportunity for fans to donate money to the solidarity fund that was set up by President Cyril Ramaphosa.

Briefly.co.za learnt that when the lockdown of 21 days was put into action, the DJ took the decision to allow people to be entertained in the comfort of their own homes.

Social media went crazy after Black Coffee made the announcement of his free concert.

What an inspirational approach to give people the chance to give back and aid the fight against this greater evil, enabling this plight whilst spinning the decks.

This extraordinary DJ gave thanks to all who had made their contribution through the Home Brewed 001 free concert. Black Coffee said he was blown away by the generosity.

With the remarkable success of his first concert, Black Coffee will once again be keeping the loving, caring and generous people of South Africa entertained over the Easter weekend.

Black Coffee said that donations will once again be accepted and he will be streaming next Saturday.
