Sbahle Mpisane has come a long way and she's not giving up any time soon.

The beauty posted a throwback of herself working out before her 2018 car accident and let her followers know she can't wait to get back to that fitness and mobility level.

She wrote, "While I was doing my shoulders, triceps and core exercises this morning, I ended my session by attempting this one leg squat above."

"Besides the several falls I experienced, it was worth the try and I failed my attempt so beautifully."

Sbahle continued, "I know I'm restricted from doing a lot of things I once did without fail, but I truly believe that everything is possible."

"I am blessed with the power of not giving up."
