Rapper Zingah has taken to social media to claim that some of South Africa's rappers are good at rapping, but are still bad rappers.

The Lead The Way hitmaker also took some time to address some of his fans who were confused by his tweets about "whack"rappers.

"You can be good at rapping, and still be a bad rapper."

Without mentioning any names, he went on to say that some rappers sound good but are actually not good.

"Like how you can sound good and not be good. Rapping is saying words that rhyme in a flow. Being a rapper is being able to tell stories, make them rhyme and put them in a flow."

His fans wanted to know what he was talking about.

"This don't make sense, I think you were trying to say 'you can be good at rapping but still make bad music'... make sense G?"

Zingah, who was once signed to Cashtime Fam, replied:

"Rapping and being a rapper are two different things. It doesn’t make sense to you because you lack the knowledge."

"Just like you a good rapper but a better musician and song writer looking at your history on ghosts writing."

Zingah was quick to reply:

"You have some accuracy here."

Briefly.co.za recently reported that the South African has named himself the best hip-hop artist in Mzansi.

He took to Twitter to make the public declaration in just a few words.

"I’m honestly the best hip hop artist right now."

His brave proclamation got a mixed bag of reactions from Twitter users, with some agreeing to his bold statement while some thought he still had a long a way to go.
