Living in a world full of technology, allows us to seek validation of most things including our self-esteem. Candice Modiselle took time out to warn us against such crowd-sourcing.
Candice is known for her ability to speak volumes of wisdom and when she is in the preaching mode like she was this week, people are sure to get some good advice.
Briefly.co.za learnt that this time the warning was for people that take to social media in order to validate their relationships.
Her advice and insight were that relationships are all different and not one fits all. A relationship should certainly not be made to fit into a mould the society dictates.

When in a relationship one has to totally ignore all unrealistic expectations and find a path that works best for you. Candice went on to say that as soon as people understand that concept that is when request for validation via social media will stop.
The approach Candice has to love is to go all in unapologetically. She says if she dies, she dies. At the end of the day, she would have learnt something even though the relationship did not work out and that’s okay.
Candice said that when people do not willingly invite love in or shower others with love, you are robbing yourself.
