There is a lot of beef in the hip-hop industry and now we see the younger generation getting infected with this terrible bug. A time where we should be coming together and uniting, Nasty C calls A-Reece a ‘laatjie’.

We are not sure if it is due to the lockdown, but something does not seem right in the hip-hop arena of Mzansi.

Briefly.co.za learnt that there seems to be bad blood brewing between Nasty C and fellow rapper A-Reece. Nasty C came out letting everyone know that he feels A-Reece is still a hungry youngster.

The tweet, stating “Ilambile lelytie”, has now been deleted. This all started after a fake album - which happened to be a copy and paste of Nasty C’s album Zulu Man With Some Power titled Sotho Man with Some Power - was released under A-Reece’s name.

A-Reece has reacted with a statement in which he claims he is not in any way connected with the production of the album.

He pleaded with his fans not to be taken in by all the goings-on as it is nothing but a scam. Black twitter was swift to respond to the tweet Nasty C posted. Their response was that A-Reece is in a league of his own.

Tweeps responses were very interesting with those insinuating that Nasty is fretting because of Reece’s ability to own the game with his unique skill of lyrical content.

A-Reece has not as yet reacted to the comments made by Nasty C. Fans are waiting in anticipation to see if A-Reece’s comeback will be with another killer track.
